The cornerstone of MSF is its Youth Empowerment Program, which educates student leaders about the issue of modern-day slavery and empowers them to create projects and campaigns in their schools. Youth Leaders receive theoretical anti-slavery training by representative mentors from MSF. MSF mentors help mobilize and equip Youth Leaders with practical ways to make a difference in their communities—both on and off campus.

The Youth Empowerment Program currently has 15 members and is operating in two high schools in the Los Angeles area.

MSF is an organization that believes in investing in the next generation of social change leaders.
